Salary Offered : INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
Desired Profile :
- To Attend maximum customers via call, chat, E-mail Support
- Guide customers for doing certain procedures / steps for Quick Heal Products
- To understand & elicit customer's issues / concern quickly and help towards resolution
- Liable to escalate unresolved queries to next level with relevant details to complete the Escalation matrix
- Responsible for Follow -up and feed Back of escalated issues
- Responsible for achieving Quarterly & Yearly Targets
- To educate customers about effective usage of Quick Heal Products
- Carry the right attitude towards every customer
- Should be alert to notify in case of critical issues and expedite in reporting to seniors
- To Adhere customer service standards / protocols
